Following an order from the Ahmedabad DEO, two teachers and a principal were suspended from city schools for corporal punishment. A CCTV clip showed Madhav Public School’s teacher Abhishek Patel beating a student, while Divine Gurukul’s teacher Shivay Sharma allegedly damaged a student’s eardrum.
