Bengaluru-based Swiggy has raised its platform fee for food delivery orders to Rs 10, just a day after Zomato increased its fee to the same amount. Unlike Zomato’s temporary hike during the festive season, Swiggy’s increase appears to be permanent. Both companies benefit from this revenue-enhancing measure.
