The Indian Army eliminated a second terrorist during a counter-terror operation in Jammu’s Akhnoor sector following an attack on an Army convoy near the Assan temple. The operation, which involved BMP-2 infantry combat vehicles, started on Monday. The area, close to the Pakistan border, remains on high alert as searches for remaining militants continue.
