Iran has lifted its 2023 ban on newer iPhone models, allowing the import and sale of iPhone 14, 15, and 16 devices. Telecommunications Minister Satar Hashemi announced that registration issues have been resolved with presidential support. The decision marks a significant policy shift despite previous criticism from Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei about excessive luxury imports.
