India is demanding the extradition of Sandeep Singh Sidhu, a Canadian Border Security Agency employee, for his alleged involvement in the 2020 assassination of Shaurya Chakra awardee Balwinder Singh Sandhu. Indian authorities claim Sidhu masterminded the killing from Canada in coordination with Pakistan’s ISI and hired assassins who gunned down Sandhu at his Punjab residence.
