Bharti Airtel has urged the Department of Telecommunications to ensure a level playing field for all telecom operators as the government considers Vodafone-Idea’s plea for a waiver of bank guarantees on spectrum payments. Airtel supports the waiver but wants any regulatory reform to be non-discriminatory.
