Day after Delhi constable’s killing, police shoot main accused

Delhi Police shot and killed Rocky alias Raghav, the prime suspect in the murder of Constable Kiranpal Singh, during an encounter in Sangam Vihar. Rocky, who was allegedly high on drugs and alcohol, had stabbed Singh to death and robbed two others in separate incidents.
