The Bombay High Court has denied bail to Mihir Shah. Shah is the main suspect in a fatal hit-and-run incident involving a BMW. He is accused of hitting a two-wheeler, killing one and injuring another. Shah claimed his arrest was illegal. The court rejected his claims. Shah’s driver, also accused in the case, was also denied bail.
