Rajasthan Royals secured pacer Tushar Deshpande for a hefty Rs 6.50 crore at the IPL Auction, outbidding Chennai Super Kings. The 29-year-old Mumbai-born bowler, known for his pace and wicket-taking ability, strengthens Royals’ pace attack after the release of several bowlers. Deshpande has 42 wickets in 36 IPL matches and made also his India T20I debut in 2024.
