A 72-year-old man, Hurleyeon McLean, was shot and killed by his neighbor in Florida’s Somerset Drive apartments following a disagreement over loud music. McLean went to speak with the neighbor after a noise complaint, leading to an altercation where McLean was fatally shot. The neighbor also threatened McLean’s wife.
