Arvind Kejriwal claimed that MLA Naresh Balyan, arrested for extortion, was victimized for filing complaints against gangster Kapil Sangwan. Balyan had reported extortion demands from Sangwan, and Kejriwal criticized the arrest as intimidation against those speaking out against criminals.
