The Election Commission has filed an FIR against Syed Shuja for his claims of tampering with Maharashtra’s EVMs by hacking their frequency. The Maharashtra CEO termed his claims as false and unsubstantiated. The Supreme Court supports the reliability of EVMs, affirming that they are tamper-proof.
