President-elect Donald Trump has appointed David A. Warrington as White House Counsel. Warrington, a veteran attorney and US Marine Corps veteran, has served as Trump’s legal advisor and represented him in various capacities. He replaces Bill McGinley, who will lead the Department of Government Efficiency. Trump emphasized Warrington’s legal expertise and commitment to conservative values.
