A Kolkata teacher, Jasbir Kaur, livestreamed allegations of harassment against her school’s principal and management committee before her death. Police are investigating the death as a suicide and questioning the accused individuals. Kaur’s family and neighbors allege the harassment stemmed from demands for a teaching certificate and threats to withhold retirement benefits.
