Following setbacks in Haryana and Maharashtra state elections, cracks have appeared in the INDIA opposition bloc. West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee expressed willingness to lead the alliance, even from Bengal. While some allies support her, Congress dismissed the idea, calling it a “good joke.” Internal disagreements over strategy and leadership persist within the bloc.
