Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs are facing a civil lawsuit alleging the rape of a 13-year-old girl in 2000. The lawsuit, filed by Tony Buzbee, claims the assault occurred at a post-MTV Video Music Awards party. The accuser alleges she was given a drink, felt ‘woozy’ prompting her to lie down in room where she was then assaulted by Carter while Combs and another woman watched.
