Delhi-NCR has implemented GRAP-IV restrictions due to severe air quality, crossing into the ‘severe’ zone. Schools will adopt hybrid learning, construction and demolition activities are banned, and vehicle restrictions are in place. This is the second time GRAP-IV has been enforced this winter, following revised guidelines.
