A 17-year-old driver in northwest Delhi’s Adarsh Nagar lost control of his car, striking a scooter and then hitting two pedestrians, a 55-year-old man and his 7-year-old grandson. Disturbing video footage captured the chaotic scene and the anguished cries of a woman. The driver was apprehended, and legal action is being pursued against the vehicle’s owner.
