Union Minister Amit Shah addressed the Rajya Sabha on the 75th anniversary of India’s Constitution. He highlighted that both the BJP and Congress amended the Constitution during their respective reigns, with BJP making 22 amendments in 16 years and Congress making 77 in 55 years.
