Patna police used water cannons and mild-lathi charge to disperse BPSC aspirants protesting for a re-exam of the 70th BPSC prelims at Gandhi Maidan. Despite police urging to vacate, students continued their protest, supported by Prashant Kishore of Jan Suraj, who criticized the Bihar administration for inhibiting their right to public demonstration.
