From upscale Gurugram to rural Nuh, the state plans to establish a “hub and spoke” model covering all 22 districts in Haryana. The model will cover and use its 123 primary health centres (PHCs), 409 community health centres (CHCs), 2732 sub-centres (SCs) and 72 hospitals.
