A principal and coordinator of Orchid International School in Navi Mumbai are facing charges for detaining a kindergarten student for four hours over unpaid fees. The five-year-old boy’s father reported the incident, leading to an FIR under the Juvenile Justice Act. Despite assurances, the principal remains in her position.
