The Supreme Court will hear a matter on Wednesday regarding the Allahabad High Court’s ruling that grabbing a minor girl’s breasts and breaking her pyjama does not amount to rape or an attempt to rape. The high court ruled that the acts constituted aggravated sexual assault, with no evidence of an attempt to commit penetrative sexual assault.
