Delhi police arrested the notorious pickpocket and knifer, Deepak, known as ‘Potty Badmash’, who evaded capture by soiling himself. Equipped with gloves and masks, officers thwarted his attempt near Eidgah Park, uncovering his ‘lucky charm’ knife and linking him to multiple thefts and knife-related crimes.
