Stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra has been granted anticipatory bail by the Madras High Court due to threats and fears of arrest over remarks made in a comedy show. The court acknowledged Kamra’s inability to seek bail in Maharashtra, given the threats to his life from ruling party members.
