An eight-year-old boy died and his father was injured in a collision with a BBMP garbage truck near Thanisandra railway bridge. The incident prompted a mob to set the truck on fire, blaming rash driving. The driver, Kodanda, was arrested, and residents voiced concerns about frequent accidents involving BBMP trucks in the area.
