Chennai Super Kings coach Stephen Fleming explained that MS Dhoni’s batting lower in the order is due to his knee condition. Dhoni, valuable as a leader and wicketkeeper, cannot endure long batting stints. Fleming stated Dhoni could bat from the 13th or 14th over depending on the match situation, prioritising his key roles in the team.
