In a suspected case of sub-standard construction work, an under-construction building has collapsed in the city’s Babusapalya area. 1 labourer identified as Arman has been killed in the building collapses in Bengaluru while 8 people were rescued immediately. 5 people are injured and receiving treatment. 7 missing/ trappedThe incident took place at around 4 pm, and the fire brigade and Hennur police immediately rushed to the spot. The police have confirmed that the workers hail from Bihar, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka’s Kalaburagi.
