Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Sets Up Special Support Cell for Terror Victims

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has ordered a special cell and a toll-free number to be set up at his secretariat to support terror victims` families and ensure justice. He also directed officials to reopen deliberately suppressed terror cases, noting that justice was denied to these victims for decades before 2019
