The order was issued in response to the CBI’s request to transfer the trials of the 1989 Rubaiya Sayeed kidnapping case, involving the daughter of former union minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed, and the 1990 Srinagar shootout case, from Jammu to New Delhi.
