Three lawyers’ bodies of Calcutta HC decided to boycott the swearing-in of Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma, protesting his transfer from Delhi HC. They argued the transfer undermines the court’s integrity due to allegations of impropriety against Justice Sharma.
