Congress is contesting just 11 seats in Mumbai assembly polls, the lowest in decades. Despite multiple negotiations with Shiv Sena (UBT), the party secured these seats, some being BJP strongholds. Mumbai Congress President Varsha Gaikwad admits they aimed for 14-15 seats but will work towards maximizing MVA wins despite the limited allocation.
