India will address the delayed delivery of S-400 missile systems and spare parts during Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s visit to Russia. He will also commission the first of two stealth frigates being built there. Discussions will cover strengthening defence collaboration and reviewing ongoing military projects, including the delayed S-400 deliveries and a leased nuclear submarine.
