Vote counting is underway in Maharashtra’s Mankhurd Shivaji Nagar constituency. Incumbent Samajwadi Party MLA Abu Asim Azmi, aiming for re-election, faces a challenge from the Mahayuti alliance’s Nawab Malik of the Nationalist Congress Party. Azmi secured a comfortable victory in the 2019 election against the Shiv Sena candidate.
