Militants attacked Srinagar’s Tourist Reception Centre and weekly Sunday market with a grenade, injuring five. The incident occurred in a crowded flea market near the heavily-guarded TRC. This attack comes after the elimination of a top Pakistani commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba by security forces in Srinagar. The explosion caused panic in the area and sent shoppers scrambling for cover.
