Tahawwur Hussain Rana, a key plotter of the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, has been formally arrested by the NIA in India after being extradited from the US. Escorted by NSG and NIA officials, Rana’s extradition followed the rejection of his appeals in the US, marking a significant step in bringing those involved in the attacks to justice.
