BJP minister Majinder Singh Sirsa accused AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal of corruption, attributing Delhi’s poor air quality to mismanagement and fraudulent activities. A CAG report revealed mismanagement of DTC buses and widespread issuance of PUC certificates through bribery. Sirsa claims Kejriwal’s administration worsened pollution and mishandled millions allocated to the odd-even scheme.
