Police in Bharatpur, India, have offered an unusual reward of 25 paise (less than half a US cent) for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted for attempted murder and violations of the SC/ST Atrocities Act. Khubiram Jat, 48, has been on the run for 7-8 months.
