Russia successfully launched the Soyuz-2.1a rocket, placing the Kondor-FKA2 radar satellite into orbit from the Vostochny Cosmodrome. The satellite, with advanced radar technology, is capable of all-weather, round-the-clock Earth observation, and its mission includes mapping, environmental monitoring, and guiding vessels through ice-covered routes. The Kondor series continues to advance with more launches scheduled.
