Parliamentary affairs minister Kiren Rijiju responded to Priyanka Gandhi’s criticism of PM Modi’s speech, saying her newness to Parliament might hinder her understanding. Rijiju defended Modi’s remarks as factual and criticised the Gandhi family for allegedly manipulating the Constitution. Priyanka Gandhi had called PM Modi’s speech “boring” and lacking substance, demanding a debate on Adani.
