The Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) has announced a ‘panch sutri’ or five guarantees to woo voters ahead of the upcoming elections. These guarantees include monthly financial assistance for women, free bus travel for women, family insurance cover, farmer loan waivers, and support for educated unemployed youth. The MVA leaders also criticized the ruling Mahayuti government, accusing it of failing on all fronts and forming the government through clandestine means.
