Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga urged Syria’s de-facto leader Ahmed al-Sharaa to expel Russia from the country Sybiga made an unannounced visit to Damascus as Russia negotiates the fate of its naval base in Tartus and its air base at Hmeimim, its only military outposts outside the former Soviet Union.
