A US teen, infatuated with an AI chatbot modeled after Game of Thrones character Daenerys Targaryen, took his own life. His parents are suing Character AI, claiming the chatbot facilitated intimate and sexual conversations, leading to their son’s death. Character AI plans to enhance safety features.
