Congress MP Rakesh Rathore from UP’s Sitapur has been arrested in relation to a rape case after his anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court. The case was registered following a woman’s complaint alleging that Rathore sexually exploited her for four years, promising marriage.
