President-elect Donald Trump has appointed Vivek Ramaswamy, alongside Elon Musk, to lead the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Ramaswamy, the first Indian American in Trump’s administration, recently shared a video of his 2003 high school graduation speech, which unexpectedly went viral for its insightful reflections on bureaucracy and new beginnings.
