On November 30, thousands gathered in Beirut’s suburbs to honor slain Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. The memorial was held at the site of his death during an Israeli strike in September. Beams of light illuminated the night as attendees listened to his past speeches, wept, and held pictures of him. The event followed a US-France-brokered ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah. n18oc_world n18oc_crux
