A Mumbai court issued a contempt notice to Google CEO Sundar Pichai for YouTube’s failure to remove a defamatory video against Dhyan Foundation. Despite a 2022 court order, YouTube did not comply, arguing defamation should be addressed in civil courts. The case continues on January 3, 2024.
