Info Edge has filed an FIR against Rahul Yadav, founder of 4B Networks, alleging misuse of funds. The complaint includes others involved and came after 4B Networks failed to provide essential operation details. Already writing off a significant investment, Info Edge’s legal move is aimed at addressing fraudulent activities impacting their subsidiary.
