Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) has become the first Indian firm to fully acquire the technology for ISRO’s Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV) for Rs 511 crore. IN-SPACe announced this complete transfer of technology as a significant milestone, enabling HAL to independently own, build, market, and launch the rocket after an initial two-year period of assistance from ISRO.
