Rabbi Zvi Kogan, an Israeli envoy of the Chabad Lubavitch organization, was found dead in the United Arab Emirates. Israeli authorities called it an antisemitic terror attack. Kogan, who had been missing since Thursday, worked to support Jewish life in the UAE. Three suspects were arrested in connection with the killing.
